Family Unit - Chill Trailer is a series of constantly changing performances in the hidden network of Sydney’s laneways. The Trailer is characterised by its ability to appear and disappear without a trace, and by its capacity to stage numerous events displaying the varied talents and interests of team members and other users.
The Chill Trailer is an adaptable mobile unit that accommodates a multitude of uses and occupies a wide range of site configurations. In essence it is a self contained shelter with associated containers, come furnishings, pot plants, and individual pod shelters that can unpack and pack into a transportable trailer.
Family Unit – Chill Trailer is a process as well as a product, as if the various locations which host the exhibition are laboratories or workshops. This work operates with the dynamic and unpredictable variables of the City, a City that is never static and never sleeps.

These team members have a very good knowledge of each others work practices gathered through years of working together as a family. They bring together a number of complimentary professional skills in Art practice and curating, building design, music, landscape and graphic art.
Anne Graham generally conceptualizes works with Duncan and Jasmine taking care of design development and implementation. Tony is involved in a number of the works in varying capacities, often cooking. Rob and Duncan often feature in musical capacity and have toured with Anne all over the world, and Jan always lends her support and knowledge in many different ways, especially her in depth knowledge of plants and landscape design. This is the first time all the team members are here together, participating in the one work.
